Let me take the guess-work out for you by creating a well rounded program, individualised to your needs.

We'll assess your exercise history, background and movement, create a weekly program that aligns with your goals and go through the movements together in a PT session.

Barbell Basics

This package is for those who are interested in learning the technique and principles behind some major barbell lifts including:

- Back Squats & Front Squats

- Strict Press & Push Press

- Deadlifts

Choose from 1 x 90 minute session or 3 x 30 minute sessions. 

 

Both options will be in depth and full of information that you can take away and apply to your own training.
